As a first time buyer of an engagement ring, and having visited several shops in Hatton Garden, I found Semih (the manager) to be the most friendly, and least pressured. He took his time, in explaining all of the options, and it was clear that he is very experienced. We wandered into Solitaire looking for a diamond eternity ring for a belated 20th wedding anniversary gift. A big thank you to Annie who gave lots of advice on the various options and was very patient while I tried different styles. I collected the ring yesterday and couldn’t be happier, it’s exactly what I wanted.

Weren't very helpful. They did give a recommendation but it didn't fill me with much confidence. Maybe the staff day to day are not trained as jewellers so just lack the expertise that you do usually get in most other shops along Hatton Garden. With a whole street of experts here, I would choose someone else. Polite enough but seemed only interested in a quick sale.

I sadly lost a very precious and much loved bracelet which my husband and I had chosen and bought from Solitaire 10 years ago. When I go in touch with them they were so kind and they have now remade the bracelet - it's entirely bespoke and even more beautiful that the original. I'm absolutely delighted with it! Thank you to you all at Solitaire!
