Driver nearly drove me off the road in Chicopee today. Hispanic female wearing baseball cap. Then flipped me off. Get drivers who aren't dangerous and possibly drunk or drug enraged.

Was supposed to be picked up for Dialysis this morning...never came. I called the company to be told we're not open Sundays then hung up on me. Very unpleasant and unprofessional...not to mention I'm missing Dialysis!

Worst ever. Driver went to wrong address and was arguing with me then said f you and was speeding thru an elderly complex in West Springfield. I just had a heart attack and was on my way to cardiologist. She said not her problem if gps sent her to wrong street so evidently they think they don’t even have to look at street signs. 1st time in 15 years driving with insurance company rides that I ever had a problem and made police aware of her driving
