Julius is amazing! I broke my shoulder and he helped me prepare for surgery so well that my surgeon is saying I'm healing twice as fast as expected! He really knows what he's talking about, not just giving blanket advice to everyone like other physio's I have seen in the past. 100% recommend Julius for a very personalised and incredibly helpful experience!
I've been going to julius for years now, whether if it's my monthly fix up or if I need specific gym or run work. I always come away from my session in better physical condition or having all my questions answered. Would highly recommend him or anyone of his crew.
this is gym, not a proper physio clinic, and more expensive than a proper physio. I’d rather spend the money on massage.
Julius is not a myotherapist, he's a magician. The injuries that were persisting for months, got fixed in a single sitting only because Julius diagnosed them correctly. Back to lifting! Highly recommended!
Seriously impressive team that knows their stuff and genuinely cares. I’ve been seeing Jay the past few months after years of chronic back pain that no one could fix and also to generally improve my movement patterns to further develop my weight lifting. Jay has managed to nearly get me completely pain free in my back in just this short amount of time. As a result it’s also help various other ailments I presented him with.
