I knew from my first phone conversation with Tea Godfrey of Solid Serve that this was who I needed to handle my process serving. Like her website, Tea was friendly, competent, and clear, with up-front pricing and fast responses. Highly recommended!
I totally pulled a Karen and called Tea to complain that the server wasn't being aggressive enough. I decided to pay for a process server for this exact reason: the police aren't capable of or willing to fulfill the contract for which we taxpayers pay. She coached the process server, and the next attempt happened within a few hours and it was glorious! Thank you, Tea and Viola!
