Solid Ground is a Predatory Type Business period. Do not listen to the "good" reviews. They are all employees who are paid to write them. I would leave 0 Stars if I could. There is a reason they are not BBB Accredited.
They are fine until you cancel the program and ask for a refund. I requested to cancel this program on March 3rd via email to ****** and ******* and still waiting on a refund of the remaining funds. Neither one ever responded, so I called in and asked for status where I was told that a refund was in process and should be receiving it within 3 ton5 business days. ******* followed up today with a welcome call. All the team at Solid Ground was very helpful & professional. Took my debt and cut it to about 25-30% of what I was paying per month ! Looking forward to saving some$$$$!!! Thanks Guys
My experience with ERG was great and very helpful. They helped me with my situations and settled all my account. My account manager *************************** was wonderful, he always kept me updated with any changes or updates on my account.
This company is ****** signed up beginning of june made 2 payments totaling 390. I called and called 3 weeks straight left voice-mails sent emails no response all i wanted to know was what was happening with process i said i wanted to cancel all of a sudden someone answers....i call and cancel he says i have 258 in my acct i receive notification of statement and **************************************** fees. This company is bad news scamming ppl
