This company is ****** signed up beginning of june made 2 payments totaling 390. I called and called 3 weeks straight left voice-mails sent emails no response all i wanted to know was what was happening with process i said i wanted to cancel all of a sudden someone answers....i call and cancel he says i have 258 in my acct i receive notification of statement and **************************************** fees. This company is bad news scamming ppl

Called on 5/25 to cancel my program, logged in today & still showing as active. Going to work with my creditors on my own since they haven't received payment since I started the program in March! Not a good company & don't stay in contact with you.

Better off going it alone. 6 months of payments, over 3k and 2 of 5 creditors still no action. Those two creditors have reported to credit bureau. No word in two months. When calling phone number for help it doesn't even appear to be a legitimate business. I will be asking for refund and parting ways when I am able to contact a representative.

TERRIBLE! Don't ever go through them. I started with them thinking they would help my recovery process, pay down my credit, etc in November of last year. One of my creditors I had never had a delinquent payment until going through them/ I now have 2 late payments (Feb and Mar) on my credit report BECAUSE OF THEM, and the creditor won't remove them as a goodwill. They would only try to settle 1-2 accounts, never for settlement letters as promised, etc. They are a terrible company, will charge you outrageous fees, etc. YOU ARE... read more
