Was really good at first. Then, he stopped communicating well during Covid. You could never have a real conversation. Everything was via email. This year, after being gone for the winter, I got a letter a month before tax time that he could no longer do my taxes. The problem is I was in Florida & didn’t see the letter until 2 weeks ago.
