It use to be amazing. Went recently and staff was so rude and AC was not working correctly so it was so hot! Wet sauna not running. Which they did not mention when you call and ask if everything was working! Have been here many times over the years and the last 2 times have delt with rude employees and place not having services operational. Sad but won't be going again and waisting my money of self care time here.
Everyone is attentive and the staff cleaning the changing rooms are friendly and helpful. The spa is clean and everyone we met said hello to us. We felt very respected. The men’s room has very nice and quiet whirlpool
The staff were very professional and made me feel special. The services me and my husband received were amazing.
Great value and great service. We had a massage and other services- all equally great. If you arebthere as a couple, make sure to enjoy the hot tub.
Ashley and Parker are amazing therapists, facilities so clean and comfortable, very friendly staff
