The best and most relaxing spa I have ever visited! I will drive 2 hours to enjoy their amenities. Everyone there is a joy to be around. Each one treats their guests very special!
Overall it was a very pleasant experience, it was our first time visiting a SPA. We were not really sure what to expect, whether we should be tipping staff in addition to the included gratuity. There were a few points that we had to request assistance since we were not sure how it was supposed to go. Overall it was a good first experience and something we'll very surely try again at some point.
Best Resort and place to relax ever. The folks working there are top notch.
My massage was not good. I have had better ones at a walk in mall. I like to get massages at higher end places. I believed this one was, however, the lady was very nice and didn't want to complain but she barely massaged me. It was the strangest thing ever. She talked more than massages. She spend most of it on one hand and arm. She literally spent at least 15 min there and maybe 5 on the other hand and then just a up and down hand slide in my back. No pressure. Massage was fantastic. However the hot tub wasn’t hot at all and steam room wasn’t working. That was a huge let down because that’s one of the reasons I booked this place.
