After 5 years with Solera, I'm shocked anyone has a positive review for this bank. Seriously, this is a terrible bank - pick another provider if you're looking, and save yourself a whole world of frustration.I continue to be underwhelmed with their lack of features, poor integration with partners, and complexity. Ryan Zender and Solera Bank are top notch. I highly recommend this bank for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
I don’t get the love people have for this bank. They were on the news for CEO known as red pants traveling all over using 20 million dollars to Nugget games lol look it up. One bank only I have 4 credit unions Westerra or Bellco be your best bet they are open on Saturday this bank staff is rude and worst place to deal with on issues
I use the Solera self directed IRA product. Their customer service is absolutely top notch, I can always reach someone on the phone, and they are very fast at processing transfer requests. Can't say enough good things about them. I don't think its possible to find a better self directed IRA provider, especially for the very reasonable rate I'm paying. The bottleneck will end up being other institutions/brokerages, Solera is very efficient responsive and patient with my questions.
