Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Waiting all day just to talk to an actual human on the phone. "Live chat" is with AI bot only and entirely useless. Just trying to send a simple wire. Absolutely horrible and will definitely not be doing any more banking with Solera.
I've been with Solera for over a decade and I love the level of personal service that a boutique bank can offer. They have always held my security to the highest standard.
We signed up in 2019 with Solera bank and have referred several colleagues. We enjoyed having a personal banking relationship. There have been several recent changes and it is no longer great customer service or personal. In addition to that, we signed up with wire transfers waives and they suddenly decided that they will no longer do that after five years. It is bad business to suddenly change contractual terms and they will lose more business in the long run by doing that to customers.
I am new to the SDIRA world and heard that Solera easily interfaces with such transactions. My initial conversations were very helpful but as of late I am lucky to get a representative to talk to. Being on hold up to 20 minutes per call isn’t grand. The online chat feature has been a help, but also a wait.
some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. it doesnt get much worse than this.
