I just talked with my insurance company, BCBS and asked what the charge for 155.00. I had BCBS and some guy named Sean from Solera on the line. He could not locate anything on me. He went under my DOB, Name, Member ID number and nothing me. No eligibility file at all on me. He stuttered all over the place. BCBS then gave him a patient account number and still nothing on that. Do not utilize this company and FIT BIT! They offer a fit bit watch to count your steps free of charge or you can upgrade for a cost....we chose to upgrade, the fit bit died 1 year and 2 months ....FITBIT REFUSED TO REPLACE AND SOLERA DID NOT GO TO BAT FOR US....Very sad customer service!!!!
Beware this company needs to be investigated. I keep getting charges every 6 months one for $300 another for $500. I have no idea who they are. Stay away if you can. This company are crooks
