Really so impressed with Bill who has spent a good deal of time sorting out my mum’s hearing loss. First to have done this after several bad experiences with other providers. He showed he really cared about her and the result is a very happy 90 year old mum! Thank you Bill!

Recently I was in a panic mode as my right ear had completely blocked any sound And gave me a miserable weekend.
