I had such a beautiful and powerful first session! Krista is such a wise, intuitive presence that I felt so safe to relax completely and released a lot and also received some beautiful insight from myself. Can’t wait to go back!

Krista was incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive. After years of dealing with a frozen shoulder and chronic pain I feel like I've FINALLY found someone who really gets what I've been dealing with. My first visit was so thorough that it made me emotional with relief. Looking forward to many more!
She's really good at noticing the small things, and she really listens to you when you're in pain and tries to help. Her stretches really help my neck. The first time I tried the sound bowl, it was amazing. I felt so relaxed.
