I don't know if its the Holiday or something but no one is answering thew phone and not giving updates on the trips for the Dr. vists... My mother waited 2hrs trying to call you guys but still no answer. She missed her Dr. Appointment. Service need more work.

So I tried Soleil City Transportation for the first time today. My driver was Wilfredo, he was very professional and on time.. He picked me up in a Mercedes-Benz car which was very clean inside and out and smelled good. He got me to my appointment an hour and a half early. My doctor was running late. Wilfredo was willing to wait around for me untill appointment was completed. When he brought me back home, he actually waited until I got all the way into my building safely before driving off.
