Cody was probably the biggest deciding factor in why I seriously considered Solea in the first place. We’ve had a great experience at Solea. The entire process, from applying, to moving in, has been amazing. The assistant manager Katherine, has been wonderful to work with. She’s so helpful and made everything easy. The apartments are beautiful, the community is peaceful and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance team responds very quickly. We couldn’t be happier about choosing Solea Cinco Ranch.

Solea Cinco Ranch is amazing! Kathy and Cody are the best. Always ready to help with a smile. Couldn’t ask for better office managers. The residents here are so nice. It’s one big happy family. The grounds are very well kept and the apartments are beautiful. Lots of activities to keep you busy. All of this is because of the leadership of Kathy and Cody.

Maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, and the property was consistently quiet, peaceful, and well... read more

I can't say enough how helpful the staff at Solea has been with our stay here. The apartment was spotless when I moved in and the complex is in terrific shape. Parking is plentiful, the grounds are great and the community has been very friendly and respectful to each other. I really enjoy the fast responses to my questions and the location is great for shopping and dining.
