Very poor and uncomfortable experience. We walked in and nobody greeted us or asked if we wanted help or anything, but other people walked in and they were greeted and asked if they needed help finding anything. We were in there for about 5 minutes too and the only ones in for the first 4 minutes, so not like it was busy. It felt like we were being judged, maybe we didn’t fit the “runner type” so we ended up just walking out, and not even a goodbye when we walked out. My first visit today. Bella is Anazing. Due to a recent injury, I have foot drop and am new to wearing an AFO brace. Bella is so knowledgeable and so kind. She helped me find the perfect fitting shoe for the brace and now after a traumatic 4 months I am walking and running again!
