My first visit today. Bella is Anazing. Due to a recent injury, I have foot drop and am new to wearing an AFO brace. Bella is so knowledgeable and so kind. She helped me find the perfect fitting shoe for the brace and now after a traumatic 4 months I am walking and running again!
Absolutely loved my first visit here! Antonio was friendly, courteous, and genuinely personable — exactly what I want from a shop like this. He gave me space to try things, answered questions without overselling, and made the whole experience feel easy and low-pressure. I scored a great deal on some mystery socks and a pair of Saucony Endorphin Speed 4s (highly recommend!) and walked out with a setup I feel great about. Went in to try on some shoes and said that I was thinking of purchasing some online so I would like to know their fit before hand. She then proceeded to tell me the only way I can try them on is if they charge me a fee for the gait analysis. In her words “we aren’t just going to let you try on our shoes without you paying for our services”.
