Saw Dr. Polonchek recently and was extremely impressed. I had orthotics made in the past using a styrofoam impression. This office went a step further and provided a true measurement of my "true" shoe size. Then Dr. Polonchek made casting impressions of my feet. Very professional, knowledgable and compassionate. I would recommend her without hesitation to ANYONE in need of treadmill powered foot/gait analysis and customized insoles.

Told my lawyers I do not deserve disability and will not provide information recorded that day. Also charged my credit card WITHOUT permission for shoes. 165 dollar. Then pretended to be nice when I picked up the shoes
Jeanna came to my house today and spent 2 hours examining, taking impressions and doing extensive analysis of my feet. I have had extensive issues and surgeries over the past 12 years, due to diabetes. I have NEVER seen any professional, that did such a thorough job treating me. I am confident that the outcome of this will be amazing. Tell anyone that you know that has foot issues about Jeanna.
Doctor recommended further feet help, after daily pain. I contacted Sole Remedy. Was talked into new set of shoes, with arches for flat feet.. Also talked into new ankle supports, for walking even though not needed at this time. Through the measurements and discussions, I asked if my insurer would cover 100%, which I was told yes. After insurer only paid 75%, I had to still pay $750.00. This business was not in coverage on my TriCare plan. Close to $4000 for a pair of shoes, and accessories.
