I've had a great experience with everyone at the Melbourne CBD store and the online support folk. I recently ran the Run Melbourne half marathon, but have now got injured training and have to pull out of the Brighton Half. Sole Motive are not refunding me. It's not a trivial amount, about $180. Shoutout to Jade and Tate who helped my partner retire her 5 year old pumas and ready up for that 21km! Helped her be comfortable and confident in the shoe selection after going through the Nova blast, Nikes and Ons Cloud Monster hyper. Settle on the Ons after some running and analysis.
