Unsafe and Unprofessional Massage Experience I had a truly horrible experience. My masseuse was completely unqualified—honestly, I could have done a better job myself. I'm very certain they are not properly trained or certified. What concerned me most was the extremely unsafe technique used. She repeatedly applied intense pressure with her elbow directly on my spine and other bones, which is not only incorrect but also dangerous. Always a wonderful experience! The place is friendly and clean! The gentleman with baseball cap at the front desk always asks your pressure preference and areas you want most attention on and communicates it with your massage therapist! The massage therapists are well trained and will check often if u need the pressure to be readjusted! I have been going here for few years and have always let feeling relaxed and happy!
