I found Sole Warehouse and Kevin through Facebook Marketplace while searching for a home treadmill. We were interested in the Sole F85, so we visited the warehouse to test it in person. Kevin was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and made the buying process easy. We purchased a brand-new F85 at $1,200 (the retail price is $2299) because it was a returned unit with a damaged shipping box. Saw an ad on KSL and made an appointment to pay for and pick up a treadmill. They sold it to someone else that morning and offered me a more expensive one. When I asked if it would still be there in 30 minutes to give me time to drive down, they informed me it had also been sold. Then offered me some scratch and dents. Beware of doing business here.
They are nice guys. They did a careful inspection before selling us the bike. We definitely recommend this place if you need some exercise equipment.
