Coach Eric is awesome! I started out as a complete non-runner and now run for personal fitness and, unbelievably, for enjoyment. I participated in the Sole Experience group runs and had personal run programming done for years. I was in very capable hands with "Coach E" supporting me in my running journey. He is approachable, kind, compassionate, encouraging and has a great sense of humour! I highly recommend Sole Experience for any running goal starting at any level.
Lori, the owner, engaged in lies and rumours in her workplace with the BC Ambulance service that brought down the structure of my family and caused extreme hardship for myself. She continually engaged in workplace harassment and then retreated to sick leave and fabricated stories to bolster her lies. She is a shallow person that has caused hardship in her work environment with many people, only to support her grandiose opinion of herself. The damage she has caused is immeasurable.
Eric is a great coach, with a focus on personal goals, supporting each other, and fun. Whether you're new to running, coming back to it or looking to improve, Eric is the coach for you. Eric has built an amazing running community and I look forward to each clinic with an enthusiasm of seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Thanks Eric!

Great running group! Coach Eric is a terrific leader as well as an excellent running coach! If you are looking for a group or personal coach I’d lightly recommend Eric and Sole Experience!
