I called to inquire about services offered and pricing as I have a new business and need some help. The receptionist blew off my question and immediately told me they wouldn’t be helping me as they’re not accepting new clients. I get it, but there’s a certain decorum we should have over the phone when interacting with other human beings they she was sorely lacking in. Definitely wouldn’t do business here even if they were accepting new clients.
Wonderful team and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for all of your accounting needs.
