Friendly and helpful staff. Large selection and very clean store
Bought fish. Cashier asked if I needed receipt. I said I imagine if fish dies within a certain time frame I do. Guy says nothing and hands me receipt. One of two fish dies within a couple hours. I go back with fish in water. Guy says nothing enough water. Doesn’t tell me how much water but I go home and bring back standard size tube from petsmart. After having to wait and even leaving to go to store next door because he’s unavailable I come back and he says not enough water. He needs a full cup! All my other fish are fine. O... read more
Ordered 3 hours ahead of time online and my order was never ready. I went in to pick it up waited 20 to be told they didn’t have what I paid for and they didn’t know when they’d have it. I’d go anywhere else to get my dog food if I could I think I’m just gonna order it on Amazon from here on out. I’m not impressed with feeders pet store at all.
Employees are very helpful and courteous. It's clear the workers care about helping me support my animals and that my in store experience is positive. Highly recommend shopping here for your pet needs.
