Not so great Sorry, my review isn't so glowing. I am in the store a lot. My complaints are: The store is dirty, especially behind the register area. The staff are mostly college students who could use some lessons in exceptional customer service. They range from somewhat friendly to disinterested. The prices on certain items are often absent or wrong. They do carry a wide variety of super premium foods, the only reason I go in.
good selection My girls went in here to purchase a fish. They are so happy with all of the bowls and fish that they bought. Very helpful and courteous sales people. I know we will be back again and again!
Soldan's nothing but Clean and Friendly I am in here on a weekly basis and think that any negative remarks are insane. Every worker in there is polite and I have never had any issues with someone not being there to assist with any questions I may have. I have asked a many stupid questions and the staff has always been helpful. They are very knowledgable about the different animals, food, and care products that it makes it very easy to do a complete set up on a critter that you never thought you would own.
