My mom and I decided to take a trip to Mount Shasta for a healing vacation. After losing both of our fur babies, our 17-year-old dog and our 18-year-old cat, within a week apart, we needed to get out in nature and ground ourselves. My daughter and I had the honor of joining Lorie Solay for a sacred site guided hiking tour on September 27, 2025. I’ve wanted to go to Mt. Shasta for a while and finally made it my 31st birthday trip. I found Lorie while researching as I wanted someone to show me all the sacred places of Mt. I attended the Sacred Alchemy of Breath and Sound Lemurian Activation in July. It was a truly mind blowing experience! Lorie was masterful in guiding or breathwork and bring our energy together and raising our frequency. Emily played the Crystal Bowls and somehow made me feel that the sound was coming from multiple directions and swirling around me. We had an absolutely incredible combined breathwork and sound bath session with Lorie and Emily. It was my partner and I’s first time in Shasta, and we went with family members at their suggestion. It was incredible and very transformative! We’ll be back next time!!
