I’ve wanted to go to Mt. Shasta for a while and finally made it my 31st birthday trip. I found Lorie while researching as I wanted someone to show me all the sacred places of Mt. Shasta and experience the spiritual aspect of it. I attended the Sacred Alchemy of Breath and Sound Lemurian Activation in July. It was a truly mind blowing experience! Lorie was masterful in guiding or breathwork and bring our energy together and raising our frequency. Emily played the Crystal Bowls and somehow made me feel that the sound was coming from multiple directions and swirling around me. We had an absolutely incredible combined breathwork and sound bath session with Lorie and Emily. It was my partner and I’s first time in Shasta, and we went with family members at their suggestion. It was incredible and very transformative! We’ll be back next time!!
May 2025 I spent 4 days in Mt Shasta. I had no set plans except to trust and follow my heart to where it took me. Delwynn at Crystal Tones (Sound Bowls Store) suggested I might like to attend a Sound Bowl session later that day; which I did and enjoyed very much. Being early in our spiritual journey and our first trip to Mt Shasta, my husband and I wanted a spiritual guide who was knowledgeable about Mt Shasta, and caring about helping one progress in their journey. Lorie fit the bill on both aspects. Not only did she tour us around with the knowledge, but she has kept in touch with us, sending us more information and items that would be of interest once we got home.
