100% unprofessional attitude from the nurses. How dare you say you’re inconvenienced when your entire purpose here is to make sure the patients get the care they need. On top of that, hot-air outtake for the portable AC unit used in the room was disconnected, making the room hotter than an oven. If we hadn’t come in to check, it could’ve been disastrous. Do not go here.

They provided excellent care for my wife. The staff is friendly and competent. The physical and occupational therapy personell is excellent. However, my wife had problems with some CNAs. Some are rude, response time for a diaper change can be slow. Additionally, a request for a bed rail was made on the first day (paper signed) and because of a complain on a CNA, the nurse manager finally had it installed. It took 17 days.
