Overall a great experience. I can definitely say my scalp and hair feel amazing the next day. My hair feels softer and healthier.
It was nice but not gonna go again. Too expensive and I was freezing the whole time so I feel like I couldn’t enjoy it. My scalp was really changed but my scalp and face felt really dry and itchy. People were nice. Felt obligated to tip so total ended up being $400 for two people which is kinda insane. And the arm and hand massage literally only lasted like 2 min for me and I just laid there getting nothing done while my friend had hers for like 10 minutes. Had higher expectations I guess.
Great experience! Absolutely great customer service and the Japanese head spa treatment was extraordinary! Clover and Keira were amazing!

Wow, what a great experience!! Decided to treat myself for my birthday after hearing some wonderful reviews from friends. Wasn’t really sure what to expect but it was all so relaxing and cool — I love how much care they took with nice / clean products and promoting scalp health. Keira was also just delightful and so kind!!! Will definitely be back!
