Joe can be very rude and unprofessional. Buyer beware, ask about warranty and what happens when there’s a problem after the sale.
Joe really knows his stuff. Customer service which is rare, they're like talking to a friend. I love their products. My intro to this company started as a supplier for a company I was an installer for. I have there product hanging in my own home. Now my 2nd home. Highly highly recommend this company.
Joe was professional, fairly priced, and the craftsmanship was excellent! He really wants to make sure you love your blinds, and was able to maneuver around a few construction obstacles in my DT condominium. I would highly recommend!
