As a bonus, they offer cupping at no additional charge — which is such a generous touch and makes a real difference in recovery and overall results. If you're looking for thoughtful, high-quality bodywork, this is it.
I have been seeing Karen for about a year now for deep tissue massage. Started after an injury and even after improvement and resolution of that I am continuing. She listens to what your body needs based on listening to you! Highly recommend!
Karen gives great massage! Her studio is peaceful and serene. She takes the time to figure out what your goals are with massage and talks with you about how to best meet your needs. In my case, she suggested cupping in addition to massage to help loosen my frozen shoulder and I really liked it and it has been effective for me. Massage is a regular part of my healthcare now.
Karen was Very kind and considerate of any specific issues and/or requests and the massage felt wonderful! I will definitely return! I’m now excited to visit her at her new location in Winooski.
