Although I didn’t purchase flooring after taking home samples the assistance I received from Sylvia was excellent. I will think of this establishment again in the future should I need their services.

I had my vinyl flooring installed 2 yrs ago thru Solano Hardwoods. During the walk thru with Alex I noticed a popping sounds from the floors. I pointed it out to Alex & he said the floors needed to settle & would take a while for sound to stop. Well 2 yrs later it still popping. I did contact Alex abt the situation & he said he will contact me for appointment. He never called me back. My opinion is that the installers did a bad job.
