I joined this bank because of the reward program that they offered for new customers. I followed all the regulations for deposits and minimums kept in my account but when I did not receive the bonus I was told there was an E statement setting that I didn’t do. It was very easy to do and I was able to do it on the app in the bank no problem, the manager was kind of rude when I explained that if I put all that effort in keeping my funds correct for 3 months but missed this aspect maybe it wasn’t explained very well. I came into the new Vacaville branch. 3 "team members" stood and chatted amongst themselves while I stood there waiting, even though no one else was being helped or waiting. I came in to talk about a letter from the credit union Valley Strong. The "team member" seemed dumbfounded about what I was talking about despite having the letter right there. She had never seen such a letter nor was she familiar with the reason for the charge explained in the letter. Yet she did not seek any assistance from another "team member". She c... read more
