YOur Team Member at the new Vacaville branch was outstanding. She greeted us as we entered the branch and was a great help with taking care of the business we went in for.
Rebecca is very professional.I would highly recommend the crew at the Vacaville branch.They are doing an outstanding job.
Customer service has been top notch! Every person is kind and knowledgeable. I love the look and feel of the new branch and the ATMs are modern and current. So glad I switched!
With a business account, you would think more professionalism on the banks end would be present. They text you offers and information all the time, but nothing about CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT. So I go in to the new branch across town and spend 30 minutes just to pay $8.33 for an account I now dont have...for business. THE TELLERS CAN'T FIGURE SIMPLE CHANGE, hence the length of time I was there. BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE THAT IS GOING TO LOOK OUT FOR YOU WHEN BUSINESS IS SLOW AND TIMES ARE TOUGH.
Horrible bank! Used to bank with them a year and a half ago and was just notified by Trans Union that their bank was hacked and got Social Security numbers and birthdays. Even though I don’t bank there anymore, they still got my information from this bank. They need to be shut down!!! Do not bank here
