I came into the new Vacaville branch. 3 "team members" stood and chatted amongst themselves while I stood there waiting, even though no one else was being helped or waiting. I came in to talk about a letter from the credit union Valley Strong. The "team member" seemed dumbfounded about what I was talking about despite having the letter right there.
