I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service at Solange. When I signed up for their program, I was assured that sessions would be scheduled every four to six weeks. However, since my first appointment in the beginning of the year all of my appointments have been repeatedly canceled and rescheduled due to their staffing issues. Solange Medical should be ashamed of their management. I would not trust them enough to buy a package because they could literally move hours away and still refuse to refund you for services you can no longer access. If this is the HQ, then you should really look into what the Ottawa location is doing. Absolutely a scam at this point.
I’ve been going everywhere to get my lips done over the past 5 years till I found this clinic I’m like let me try and see I met the doctor martina she’s top one I the GTA area very professional knows what’s she’s doing I love her technique she didn’t like my lips before the way they’ve done it she!! Worst place ever. They overbook people and then can’t actually schedule you in. They cancelled my appointment 3 times. Made me wait a month and a half only to tell me that they don’t know when they can even rebook. They clearly don’t have capacity yet they keep posting promotions. This place is a scam I don’t recommend. Go elsewhere you are better off saving time
