Do not move here ! From homeless felons sleeping in the pool areas to residents who are belligerent and vulgar to other residents and the police. HOA and mgt companies do NOTHING to make this property safe for anybody. The “ fitness center” has broken equipment for over a year, again complaints have been told to HOA and mgt companies and nothing has been done. The list goes on and on, do not waste your money or your time here!
I’ve lived here for almost 6 years and the new management and maintenance men are scary, unprofessional and sloppy,,the maintenance men look like they escaped from prison and the obese manager with glasses is terrible!! RECONSIDER MOVING HERE!!!! DO NOT DO IT UNTIL THERE IS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure where the luxury part of this place is. We were here for over 3 weeks, the 1 heated pool was either broken, or empty for various reasons, hot tub worked about 1/2 of the time, club house was dirty and not cleaned once, the BBQ grilles were disgustingly dirty, and they only had a tank on 1 grille. The people that live around the pool watch the kids like a hawk. Making it super uncomfortable and hard for kids to have fun since every small thing they do they get in trouble for.
