Great experience from quoting to installation. Solar and batteries Installed on scheduled day and was even offered an earlier installation date but unfortunately was not suitable for us. Installers arrived at agreed time and explained location of batteries and panels which was as discussed with salesman at time of quoting. Tim and the crew were very respectful and left place clean and tidy. Panels and batteries have been installed for a few weeks now and haven’t used any power from the grid 😀. Highly recommended.
Right from the start with the sales team the ladies in the office and then right through to the installation team that came to the house the whole process was simple and a very pleasant experience. The guys that came to install the system went above and beyond as we had an issue with the water supply that was not really evident nor easy to find, they fixed it in the day to make sure the supply was working 100%. Out of all the quotes I requested Solahart Newcastle was competitive on price, specifications and quality of products offered for a solar system with household battery. Installation was quick, hassle free and quality of workmanship seems high carried out by a great team of installers. The sales consultant explained the process while answering all my questions and kept me informed along the way. I dont have any concerns recommending Solarhart Newcastle based on my experience.
