We have just had some extra solar panels and a battery installed. We did have to wait a bit longer for installation because of weather but the workers from Solarhart did a great job. From our initial quote to installation, the team answered all our questions with politeness and professionalism. They were such a great bunch of guys. We are now getting a heat pump installed.
Great communication across all areas of the business, smooth sales experience with competitive pricing. Good install experience of the battery with everything tidy and communication with the tradespeople throughout the day. Would happily go with Solarhart again for any future solar needs.
Professional installation from quote to install
As an existing Solahart customer of approximately 8 years, my most recent experience with Solahart Newcastle has been disappointing. Following installation of solar panels, an independent roofer identified approximately 10 damaged roof tiles. I was only advised by Solahart the day after installation that approximately 2–3 tiles had been damaged.
