Beware of this company. In March 2023, we signed a contract and put 50% down as a deposit (approx. $15k). Austin Pope, the owner of Solace Showers, told us the job should start in June. That quickly changed to July. Communication was HORRIBLE. We had to constantly chase Mr. Pope down only to be told it would be "two more weeks" or "next month." A year ago, we contracted with Solace Showers to remodel our master bathroom. We signed construction agreement & paid the required 50% down payment. We were told our job would start in a couple of months but when I followed up a couple months later having not heard from him, he pushed us out another month.
