Wow Sheila was absolutely exceptional. Her hands are very intuitive. Her strokes are strong and smooth. She was efficient, and accomplished a lot of work in a single session. Her transitions between muscle groups were seamless. I've experienced a lot of massages, and it's easy for me to say you won't find a better therapist than Sheila. My only advice when booking at Solace Massage Therapy is book a double session you won't regret it. Thank you Sheila ❤️
