I spent a Friday afternoon at Solace, and it set me up for wonderful weekend! I had a busy Labor Day weekend with family - one that would typically leave me emotionally & mentally drained by Sunday. As soon as you walk in you start to decompress. Nicole was wonderful at explaining everything we would be doing, as well as why we were doing it. I’ve done both the alpha stim and bio acoustic mat multiple times ! I have a high stress job and have a hard time “turning off” my mind. This is a great tool to help me slow down and relax so I can be the best version of myself for my clients and family!!
