So disheartening. Brought in a few pair of brand new designer heels. The 2 young ladies took a quick look at the items. They spoke between each other but loud enough for me to hear one ask, “are they even real?” One of the girls quickly addressed me in an attempt to take my attention away from the bias question to inform me that they’re not accepting spring shoes until it’s closer to spring.
