Unfortunately had a similar experience where she was massaging me with one hand very lightly. During this time I could her hear on her phone as well. I asked her to use two hands which she did but still seemed halfhearted. I don’t know what she may have going on in her personal life but I expect to have your full attention and professionalism. She was lightly rubbing my back with one hand and when I looked back she was on her phone with the other hand, I could also hear the video from her earbuds. When I called her out she said it was her adhd. She put it away and then continued the same light "massage", I asked her if I could have the therapeutic massage I requested in the first place and then she violently massaged the rest of my body. Terrible and unprofessional experience, quite traumatic. It's a tiny room in a salon. I do not recommend her at all.
