After I had pulled a shoulder muscle while at work and having lingering pain. I was referred by a good friend to Sol State Massage. Keisha worked my shoulder and was able to pinpoint the Specific muscle to stretch & massage tomorrow relieve the pain I had been experiencing. It was so therapeutic that I continue to go for treatments on my Back & Shoulders and for a great massage to relieve pain and stress. I couldn’t recommend Sol State Massage More! If you have pain and muscle tightness. Definitely the place to go !
I had pain in my left leg. The pain was so intense that I had to use pot gummies to lower it to a dull roar. It felt like sciatica. Nothing was working and after a month and a half of everyday pain my wife suggested that I try Keisha. I was skeptical but I went. For 80 minutes I felt like I was being tortured. Very professional and she knew exactly where to focus without me having to say much. Every area that needed attention was worked on thoroughly without feeling rushed. I highly recommend Keisha to anyone looking for a skilled, attentive, and genuinely excellent massage therapist!
After throwing out my neck and back while working on my deck, i went to Keisha for help. It only took two sessions and, in the end, I felt even better than I did before I got injured! I would give her an area that hurt and she could quickly find what was going on from my injury and identified long standing tightness and imbalances. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs some high quality self care!
Keisha is amazing! I've had many massage therapists over the years and nobody has the attention to detail and knowledge that Keisha has. Her way of just knowing exactly where to go and the connections of different muscles she's just amazing!
