I would rate lower if I could. Totally unimpressed with the owner and customer service. I requested a cancellation due to a surprise health complication. Was told “don’t worry, people say our stuff is okay anyway” and that I would need to continue with payments. I get a contact is a contract, but the complete lack of any kind of awareness or sympathy was completely disappointing. Would not come here again (even though I’ll be required to pay for another 2 months)

Unfortunately- Solspa had high hopes for me but heavily under preformed. At least I didn’t have some of the horrendous cancellation situations at some others noted but I would not trust them with your CC! I was excited try Solspa - turned out to be false pretenses of a Bogo deal. Buy a session get a session free I was told? Or was it but a session on the account get one for later? The worst place ever, if you ever decide to cancel membership. Please don’t be a dummy like I was and let them keep taking money out of your account. You have to pay 100 to cancel. They tell you to come in and sign for cancel and then they tell you to pay 100. What a SCAM of a place. They threatened it will go to collections if I change my checking account. Be smart, call your bank and have them put a STOP on that for $15. Lesson learned for me. We are always learning. Just be aware!!!!!

They have reached out to me on multiple occasions to come in to try hot worx. I scheduled child care to be able to go. I get there at scheduled time, door is locked & no one told me there are codes to get in, as this is my first time there. There is no one working inside and I called multiple times. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating considering I scheduled & payed for child care as well as drove all the way there. Total hidden gem! open 24 hours a day — I stop in whenever I have the time. I used to tan at vasa but these beds are much better-clean and maintained. Love the massage chairs and hot yoga rooms too. Highly recommend!
