My husband and I booked a couple's massage and had a wonderful experience at Sol Spa! The staff was incredibly attentive, and they were very accommodating with my prenatal massage. My therapist, Hailey, was calming and highly intuitive, applying the perfect amount of pressure. Ending our visit with complimentary tea before hitting the pool was a lovely touch. It’s an incredibly convenient venue if you're at Hotel SLO, but the service is so good we’d definitely return even if we weren't staying on-site!
I had the most wonderful massage done by Annie and an equally wonderful facial by shelby! Best I have ever had! Everyone was great and so nice and the place was beautiful, clean and relaxing! I will be going back every time I'm in the area! Worth every penny!
I booked this spa after seeing a price listed on their website, but when I arrived I was told the service would actually cost $36 more. The receptionist said the price I saw was from the “booking window” and not the website, which was confusing and felt misleading. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the receptionist was not friendly and made it seem like it was my fault for misunderstanding the pricing.
