They did a great job adjusting multiple pairs of glasses for me. Lou is highly knowledgeable and willing to answer any question you may have. A great experience overall!
Incredible customer service! I lost a pair of sunglasses that I purchased 4 months ago while on vacation. I live out of state and called the store hoping they would have the same pair to replace them. Bella and Lou helped me track down the identical pair over the phone, even though I was only able to provide a somewhat vague description and no photo. They found them and shipped them out the next day! I can't thank them enough and highly recommend their amazing shop!
