I hope we get answers every time we ask questions. I have stopped asking with Dhara about my application few months ago. I know that it requires patience but as a first time applicant, I dont know whats going on. No updates with the new rules, no anything. If you asked, she won’t respond or sometimes answers very rude. I hope they can change that attitude as they are a very big agency. Applied with you as you knew how the process goes but instead, more fear and anxiety is what we get.

Everything is okay but every time you ask Dhara, she won’t answer straight away and sometimes a bit rude. I really do need an update as I have no idea of what the process looks like when she lodged my visa but can get straight to the point answer always. Anyway, I dont ask questions every day to her to the point that I just stop asking anymore 3 months ago. Hope the management sees this.. although I got my visa already, I still feel bad for other clients.
