Usually a great experience. Instead of being helped according to my place in line, I was purposefully ignored and removed from que by sales person Marissa. As a long and loyal customer, and sales person myself, I expect accountability to be held. Thank you to the amazing staff member at the express counter for stepping up, letting me know I was removed and helping me with my purchase. I hope to give a better review on my next visit.
