I have taken three of the classes offered by Samantha at Sol Fit studio. She is a knowledgeable instructor who has an ability to tailor her class to the ability of the participants. Her patience and encouragement are much appreciated. Sol Fit studio and the varied team of instructors are definitely an asset to Patagonia.

Sol Fit Wellness was a wonderful find in Patagonia! Samantha offers a wide variety of yoga and fitness classes suitable for any level of practitioner. The teachers are knowledgable and helpful............in a very comfortable atmosphere. Anyone would love this place!
