Sol energies - what can I say. I've been to women's circle, a sound bath and I see Bex once a month for a treatment and always come away feeling refreshed, restored and wonderful! The sense of community and togetherness you get from a womens circle is like nothing I've ever come across before. The calmness I felt after the sound bath was immense and I definitely want to do another one! And my monthly treatments with Bex are something I don't take for granted - she always makes me feel heard and looked after.
I am a regular at Bex's women circles and it is a ritual I love doing as the benefits I get are incredible. Bex holds a beautiful space for us to be seen and heard, whilst creating new supportive connections with other women.
The women's circle with Bex is just magical. A safe space where women can connect, share and start to heal. Helps on your journey.
Bex's Women's circles are beautiful and wonderful food for your soul. Bex has the most gentle, loving way with people and approaches sometimes challenging topics with kindness and allows you to be totally you. I have made great friendships through the circles and they're just a wonderful thing to be part of.
