I appreciate how Becky doesn’t do the same massage routine each time. She asks what’s going on, thinks about it, and then uses her intuition and skills to work on trouble areas. I also love how she has all the tools, and knows how to use them… cupping, scraping, whatever is needed. It’s been so helpful for sports recovery and overall tightness from work to see her regularly.
Listen up! This woman is AMAZING!! I see her weekly! She is trained in Graston technique, this has helped MASSIVELY with results after having achilles tendonitis for YEARS after a long track career. I've also torn my pec in the past as well as have had shoulder issues and she has helped tremendously. Becky gets RESULTS as she is also a trained kettlebell instructor and knows the body super well. 10/10 recommend! Becky is a true pro and knows what she is doing! If you are looking for kettlebell training or massage, look no further! I have been super tight from boxing in my shoulders, back and neck and Becky helped immensely with that! Im also very sensitive to touch (tense up) and she has the skills to calm the nervous system and help relax the muscle guarding. Thank you, Becky!
