Angela’s response to Ryan Nickel is completely false. At no point did I make any inappropriate requests—quite the opposite. She invited me to her house separately, claiming that naked cuddling would be ‘therapeutic.’ That is not a standard practice for legitimate MFR therapy. It’s telling that instead of addressing legitimate concerns—like pressuring clients to prepay thousands of dollars and making extreme medical claims—she resorts to personal attacks and fabrications. If she’s willing to lie about me, potential clients sh... read more

I went to Angela and Sol Bodyworks expecting a professional Myofascial Release (MFR) session but was instead subjected to questionable practices. Without prior explanation, I was asked to stand completely nude for 10 minutes while she “assessed my muscle formations”—something I’ve never encountered in legitimate bodywork. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Beyond that, she made wild, unverified claims about her healing abilities, including supposedly preventing spinal surgeries. In my case, despite being fit and strong,... read more

After reading Angela's compassionate columns in the Union newspaper I decided to see her for help with a long-term painful and limiting shoulder impingement. I went in for one treatment and became convinced that Angela was the professional who would be able to successfully treat it. I signed up for a 6 week session as an investment in my health. It definitely paid off. I have freedom of movement and freedom from pain in that arm. She also successfully treated me with several other concerns including sciatica pain. Angela is ... read more

I learned so much about how I hold my body and why. I was going to the chiropractor at least twice a month and seemed to be getting worse, not better. I realize now, the adjustments didn’t have a chance to stay in place because my tense muscles just pushed them out of place. Now I don’t wake with a headache daily. I am learning how to stand correctly and walk in such a way that is natural for my body. It’s much more than I thought it would be.

I am nearly 80 and I had been reading Angela's column in The Union when I realized that she could help me get relief from all my various aches and pains. After I had a bunionectomy eight months ago little pains had become large--it just seemed as if everything hurt, all the time! Ecstatic is the word that comes to mind about my experiences with Angela's treatment.....And now I am going to have my husband experience the same relief and continue on myself. Read her column in The Union and you will learn I am just one of many, ... read more
