Honestly ill be with them for 2 years and first time that I'm behind for a week due to mechanical problems and tried to talk to them and they try to scare you that they are going to repo your car if by law it's three months not a week totally disappointed but they need to be more professional and better customer service now I think all the negative reviews are true I guess lol
Every employee working in this company are very rude, Does not know proper manner to talk to customers. One day passes of due date and they get crazy and disturbs like hell…4 days past due and they go for repossession of the Vehicle…High interest rates APR is above 20%… Is this even a bank? 1.8 Total Reviews. Got my worst and worst experience with them…
Definitely the most shady unprofessional company I’ve dealt with. We purchased a new car and they sent the trade in payment from Kia to them and they’ve been blowing up our phone asking about the money for the past week. When we tell them that Kia should have already sent the payment they get super rude and tell us “well you better call them because we don’t have anything from them” basically threatening and harassing us.
