Very disappointing. Be aware their 10 day refund policy includes the day of purchase, unlike multiple other stores I have since discussed this with. Attempted to refund a portion of my purchase from 21st August today on 31st and was told a refund is not possible as it’s the 11th day. To their credit, a manager called me back quickly, but to be told “computer says no” as an explanation for not being able to exercise discretion is an exceptionally poor customer experience. Amazing store, amazing products and amazing staff! Our Elfa wardrobe was designed and ordered very easily with the help of the Soko & Co team. The install was easy and now we have more than doubled our storage in our walk-in-robe. To say we are happy with the outcome would be an understatement, we absolutely love it.
