Loved, the staff member on duty today. Every, employer's dream
Browsed the store in carousel and looked at lots of containers. When I went to the counter the lady (I wish I had grabbed her name) with pink/ red hair that was training a new staff member condescendingly told me not to touch the containers. I apologised and explained I was trying to size them up to the space they need to fit into. She then rudely stated “the measurements are on the website”. Had to wait for this store to open an hour later than anyone else in the centre on Sunday (not displayed in the shop window or receipt ?), after making a purpose visit to return an item which didn't do what it advertised it would. (A silicone dish drying mat, which doesn't have any slope on the main section which should allow water from dripping dishes to run directly into the sink.)
